A PAT Testing package for landlords and managing agents of HMO properties. We are aware that local authority regulations for HMOs have begun to insist that PAT testing is carried out annually for licensing. For this reason, we have developed an inclusive package that includes PAT Testing for all managed appliances, microwave and socket testing, without any limits on numbers. For those with multiple HMO properties, we offer FREE testing on every 5th property.

Properties in London (inside the M25) incur a £45 surcharge.
Properties more than 100 miles from Eastbourne, East Sussex incur a £50 surcharge
£109 price based on property outside of London and within 100 miles of Estbourne, East Sussex.
